At Graniterock, many of our team members started in entry-level positions and climbed the ranks. While there are many examples of personal growth and success throughout Graniterock, this story features Stephanie Kniffin, who started her career answering phones at the corporate office, Sergio Rubio, who began as a laborer more than 20 years ago, and Rich Sacher, an executive vice president who started here after high school.
